$150 Materials Rebate Offer for First Term Students Applying by June 30, 2013 for the Fall 2013 term!*

BrainSMART is excited to offer a $150 rebate on your BrainSMART materials packet. This offer is open to applicants who apply by June 30, 2013 and start in the Fall 2013 term. Your $50 application will also be waived if you apply by June 30, 2013.

Interested students should request a brochure and application packet from nsu@brainsmart.org. If you choose to enroll, you should mail or FAX (800-725-5508) the application together with this form by June 30, 2013 for the Fall 2013 term. New students meeting these deadlines will qualify for the $150 rebate. Students must then purchase their BrainSMART materials packet from www.brainsmart.org and appear on the week three NSU registration report (i.e. you are registered for classes) for the Fall I 2013 session. Students will be mailed their $150 rebate check at the end of week three of the Fall I 2013 session if they have met the terms of this special offer.

Get $100 When Colleagues Join the Program*

Positive word-of-mouth about the Nova Southeastern University graduate degree programs in Brain-Based Teaching has led to more than 3000 teachers enrolling since 2001. Currently there are more than 500 teachers in the M.S. and Ed.S. degree programs focused on Brain-Based Teaching.

If you know teachers who are not enrolled in a NSU/BrainSMART degree program and who would benefit from these studies, please fill out this rebate form and return it to me. Interested colleagues may request a brochure and also view videos about the programs at www.brainsmart.org.
 
All referral rebates will be paid at the end of week three of the Fall 2013 term. New referred students must appear on the week three NSU registration report (i.e. they are registered for classes). Currently enrolled and former BrainSMART students will receive a $100 check assuming their referred colleagues apply and are register in a BrainSMART degree program for the Fall 2013 term.

If you would like brochures and application forms to distribute to colleagues, please contact me at nsu@brainsmart.org.  Feel free to duplicate this rebate form if you are referring more than one colleague. There is no limit to the amount of referral rewards that current and former BrainSMART students can receive for referring colleagues to the BrainSMART programs.
